SYCSA is a non-profit making, charitable organization, run by volunteers. It was founded in the 1970's to teach people from Somerset or beyond to sail.
In 2008 the RYA awarded us Volvo Champion Club and Onboard development status.
We also achieved RYA Sailability Foundation status.

SYCSA welcomes all ages ( 6- to 70+ ) and abilities (able bodied and disabled).
For youngsters:
Playsail days offer a taste of sailing Saturday Club helps beginners to start sailing and improvers to extend their skills Topper course in July accommodates all abilities Sailability Families Open afternoon a chance for disabled sailors to try sailing
For adults:
