There were 323 entries for the 2010 Topper Nationals at Pwheli.
After 3 days of the qualifying series of races, the whole fleet was seeded into 3 flights; Gold, Silver and Bronze with just over 100 boats in each flight. The sailors then competed within these flights for the final 3 days.
Last year, which was Luke’s first Nationals experience, he was in the low end of the Bronze flight.
This year he achieved 138th overall to be in the Silver flight .
He ended the competition 58th in Silver and the 2nd Under 13 overall.
He also managed a 6th place in one of the races.
We are all so very proud of him.
