Directions to Durleigh Sailing Club and SYCSA
Exit Junction 24 of M5.
Just off the motorway, at the roundabout, take the A38 into Bridgwater.
At the second roundabout, carry on into Bridgwater, for about 1 mile.
You will come to a crossroads, controlled by a set of traffic lights.
There is an Murco petrol station on your right. TURN LEFT onto the A39 to Minehead.
You will be on a dual carriageway, known as "BROADWAY", Morrisons will be on your left.
Go straight on at the traffic lights at the entrance to Morrisons & B&Q.
In about 500 yards you will come to another crossroads and set of traffic lights. TURN LEFT.
You are now about 1 mile from Durleigh Reservoir. This road is known as "WEST STREET ".
Continue for about 500 yards into DURLEIGH ROAD.
You will pass the "Horse & Jockey Pub" on your left, "Haygrove School" on your right, "West India House Pub" on your left.
You are now about 1/2 mile from the reservoir. Continue on this road.
When the housing on your LEFT ends, within 100 yards you will see some METAL RAILINGS in front of you.
TURN LEFT to Enmore at the railings.
You are now below the reservoir, which is on your RIGHT.
Carry on past the WESSEX WATER buildings on your RIGHT.
Immediately after you pass these buildings, you will see an entrance and wooden sign to "Durleigh Reservoir"on your RIGHT.
Go THROUGH A DOUBLE GATE. Continue up the hill and the reservoir is there on your RIGHT.
